We redesigned and rebuilt the site architecture to create clean, logical product groupings and easier navigation. We implemented SEO focused page structures and content foundations to support stronger search rankings from launch. To solve a common customer pain point, we introduced a custom Request a Part feature that allows users to upload photos and videos of their vehicle or required part, making it faster and more accurate for the team to assist with hard to identify components. We also produced a high quality functioning web banner video including professional still to be used for marketing purposes, in collaboration with Divergence Media.
