Features included live chat functionality as well as photo and video upload options, allowing users to share real-time job site requirements directly from the field. The goal was to remove friction in the ordering process and make it easier for contractors to request materials while actively on-site.

The final system enabled contractors to directly send images of past orders, videos of active sites, or photos of materials needed, significantly improving response speed and lead quality. This solved a key industry problem where users needed to request items while still working on roofs or active job sites. The platform successfully generated over 60 qualified leads within two months on a total ad spend of R3,000. The result is a high-performing digital funnel that turns real-world job site moments into immediate business opportunities.
