There’s something electric about the kitchen at Dusk. The creativity, the passion and that unmistakable energy that Chef Callen Austin and Chef Darren Badenhorst bring to every plate. We knew we had to do it justice on film and in collaboration with Divergence Media we threw everything into making it happen.

At Fetchwave, we’re really proud to feature this project as one of our standout pieces. Our founder, Matthew Du Plessis, worked hands on as part of the shoot, helping shape the visuals that bring Dusk’s story to life. He collaborated closely with Wesley Wrigley, Divergence Media, the brilliant Chef Darren Badenhorst and Chef Callen Austin, whose culinary vision drove the whole thing. This video is our combined effort to bottle that vibrant, creative spirit and we’re thrilled to have played such a key role in telling their story through the lens.
